Departure: Thursday, April 5
Arrival Tokyo: April 6 then to Ishinomaki 6th-10th
Return to Tokyo: Evening of  April 10th
Hakano: Wed, April 11th - full day of sightseeing
April 12th-15th is open to ministry in Tokyo.
Departure - Sunday Evening, April 15th
